We have an exciting opportunity to join our Community Nursing Team based in Pembroke Dock, supporting the Team Leader in providing professional and clinical leadership to the Community Nursing Team. Whiledesirable,this post does not require completion of an SPQ,howeverpost registration development and experienceareessential.
Main duties of the job
Supporting and working alongside the Team Leader you will work as part of the MDT to support the delivery of safe, effective, quality care, providing clinical leadershipon a daily basiswhilst managing a caseload of patients.
You will provide professional leadership,guidanceand role modelling, supporting the development and well-being of staff and students.
You will support the delivery of safe care through promoting and monitoring standards of care, audit and investigation of patient safety incidents and complaints.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
