This is an exciting opportunity to take a lead role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care within the Pembrokeshire Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment (CRHT) Team, based in Haverfordwest. As a Band 7 Team Lead, you will provide strong leadership and operational management to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care for individuals requiring secondary mental health services.
You will need to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, energy, and enthusiasm to manage and support the team, while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. The role requires a proactive approach to service delivery, ensuring that patients receive timely, person-centred interventions that promote recovery and wellbeing.
The CRHT service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so flexibility in working patterns is essential, which may include weekend and out-of-hours working.

Main duties of the job
You will need to be able to manage your own workload, work well under pressure and be able to work within a multi-disciplinary team. You will also be working collaboratively with multiple agencies. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and awareness of Health Board wide Policies and Procedures.
The Team Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and operational management of the service. You will provide visible and accessible leadership to staff within the Service, you will be an experienced manager who can provide pro-active leadership and coaching to aid the development of the team in line with the organisations core values to deliver a safe and efficient service to those accessing it and ensure good patient experience with in our services.
Key responsibilities would include supervision, appraisals for the team, performance, recruitment and management of staff and ensuring people have timely access to our services.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
