This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic and busy team focused on improving the health and wellbeing of the population of Hywel Dda University Health Board. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive person with excellent communication and inter-personal skills to join us.
The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Smoking and Wellbeing Team, with responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance of the patient and staff information systems within the Department.
There may be flexibility to work from home one day a week.
Main duties of the job
To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Smoking and Wellbeing Team, with responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance ofthe patient and staff information systems within the Department.Responsible for inputting data and maintaining records on computerised systems and booking of appointments following departmental standard procedures. This will involve handling of sensitive and confidential patient and staff information i.e. patient medical information, demographic information for both staff and patients.
