We are currently seeking a maternity cover within our Recruitment Department for the following department;
Consultant and General Practitioner (GP) Medical Recruitment team based at Carmarthen.
You will be required to work flexibly within the Recruitment Team, whilst supporting the Recruitment Advisor and Senior Recruitment Advisor in delivering an efficient, effective, and safe recruitment process.
Main duties of the job
As well as being a key point of contact for recruiting managers, the successful applicants will work as part of a busy team and be responsible for day-to-day supervision of the team.
This will include providing support and guidance to the team, co-ordinating and allocating workload and the training of new team members. You will also provide support to the Resourcing Advisor, to ensure the recruitment processes within the Health Board are efficient, effective and safe.
Working with a variety of stakeholders you will need to hold the Health Board values at the centre of your day to day transactions.
The recruitment function has the ambition to transform the recruitment pathway, ensuring a personalised service is provided to all engaged.
The successful applicant will need to be person centred, with a shared ambition to deliver the objectives to all.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Hywel Dda University Health Board plans and provides NHS healthcare services for people living in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, and bordering counties.
We have over 13,000 staff and together we provide primary, community, in-hospital, mental health and learning disabilities services.
