An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and committed individual to join a very busy Catering Department.
Based at Withybush Hospital you will have the responsibility for providing front line supervision support to all catering staff involved in food service and food production for staff, visitors and patients.
This is an evening post working from 5pm to 8pm, 15.0 hours per week over 5 days per week.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
Applicants will preferably have some supervisory qualifications or a proven track record of supervising staff groups.
Due to the nature of the job, a professional cooking background is desirable ( but not essential ) for this role in order to be able to provide patient feeding and retail dishes.
Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills together with a flexible approach to the needs of the service are essential.
