This role is based at our training facility in Carmarthen.

Main duties of the job
Support in the arranging and facilitation of digital learning events, advising staff on the appropriate processes
To assist the Learning and Development department in general administration duties, ensuring a professional and confidential service at all times.
Support the Digital Learning Coordinator and the Digital Learning Officer in the planning of a full range of Learning & Development training and education opportunities.
Assist with the administration of training courses and support individuals booking/accessing their own courses and advising them of the correct course.
To provide specialist data and information in relation to training by extraction and manipulation to inform training needs.
Advise staff on the process for completing e-learning modules
Be responsible for accurate data entry on the computerised training database for all Health Board Staff
Assist staff to view competency levels of mandatory training.
