Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 2 Health Care Support Workers to join the team at South Pembrokeshire Hospital, Sunderland Ward.
This is a 40 bedded unit focusing on slow rehabilitation/Frailty Ward. The service is consultant led. Admission are accepted from the community and Withybush General Hospital.
The team work alongside community, primary care and the acute site to develop an integrated rehabilitation approach to promoting patient independence and best outcomes for discharge.
Main duties of the job
The candidate should be able to demonstrate some experience with working with the elderly and understand the principles of rehabilitation nursing.
Full time or part time hours are available.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post, however we welcome applications in English or Welsh.
