We are looking for motivated and dynamic Nursing Support Workers to join our dedicated teams in Glangwili General Hospital. Vacancies are available in the following areas:
- Padarn - Respiratory
- Accident and Emergency
- Cleddau - General Surgery; Surgical Assessment Unit and Triage
- Clinical Decisions Unit - Acute Medical Admissions from A&E/GP's
- Derwen - Urology/Surgical
- Steffan - Oncology, Gastroenterology and Haematology
- Teifi - Trauma and Orthopaedic
Main duties of the job
There is an opportunity to learn new skills andgain further experience in caring for acutely unwell patientswhile developing professionally within a positive and challenging environment.This role will require you to undertake delegated clinical observations and to communicate effectively.
The unit operates a variety of shift patterns to suit service requirements including days/night rotation.
