Job summary
An exciting opportunity for a Nursing Support Worker has arisen within in our busy Home Support Team in Pembrokeshire.
We are looking for a motivated individual to work alongside our established community team. We are part of the new Hospital at Home Department sitting alongside the Porth Preseli Coordination Centre.We cover the whole of Pembrokeshire over a 24 hour period.
You will be supported by a Team Lead and several junior sisters/charge nurses.
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, show flexibility with duties and have excellent time management skills and must be able to travel around the locality in a timely manner.
Candidates must have all relevant up to date skills and be able to manage or have an interest in reablement, complex care, palliative care, caring in the community and evidence of up to date mandatory training is desirable.
