Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Tenby District Nursing team. We are pleased to be offering this post to join our team which will include providing patient centred care to individuals in the community, alongside community nurses and allied health professionals. We are looking for passionate Health Care Support Workers to join our team to support patients to stay in their own home.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be required to deliver a high standard of person- centred care in accordance with Care and Treatment Plans as directed by the registered nurse. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is the ability to work autonomously and with colleagues.
You will be working in the community but have a contractual base at Tenby Cottage Hospital. The service operates 7 days a week working over a 5-day period which will include weekends and bank holidays.
The ability to travel to locations in a timely manner is essential.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
