The Organisation Development (OD) Department plays a prominent role in supporting and enabling the delivery of the Workforce, Organisational Development and Education Strategy 2020-2030.
You will join an OD team that is friendly, supportive, creative and dynamic, who are passionate and committed to making a difference to our leaders, their teams and the organisation through leadership development programmes, Talent Management, Succession Planning and Coaching.
We are looking for a warm, friendly and vibrant person with excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisation abilities andadvanced digital proficiency. Someone with great listening skills, understands the importance of good senior leadership talent acquisition and one who is dedicated to identifying and developing our future leaders.
Driving improvements across our Health Board to better spot and nurture talent, you will engage with staff in a wide range of settings, using your skills and experience to recognise and define needs creating a healthy pipeline of talent and supporting us to build a first class organisation.

Hywel Dda University Health Board plans and provides NHShealthcare services for people living in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion,Pembrokeshire, and bordering counties.
