Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen as a Site Manager/ Clinical Nurse Practitioner working at Glangwili Hospital, Carmarthen.
The post holder will be expected to maintain patient flow through the acute hospitals site and must be able to work autonomously to ensure the smooth, efficient and effective running of the hospital site over a 24-hour period.
The Clinical Site Manager/ Nurse practitioner has responsibility for the site in the out of hours period, which involves troubleshooting patient flow issues, staffing problems and clinical incidents.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will need to be innovative, motivated and an excellent role model for the Health Board values.
The rota involves both day and night shift patterns to suit service requirements.
