The digital teams are modernising and transforming healthcare, putting the patient and user at the heart of everything we do. This includes the delivery of business solutions using agile methods in a continuous delivery environment.
The Business Change & Benefits Advisor will lead and manage the requisite change management framework that will transform healthcare within the digital environment.
The post holder will support the wider project team to facilitate change management and digital transformation. They will have a working knowledge of practicing user centred design and will be responsible for supporting a range of activities required to support the transformation to digital within NHS HealthCare environments.
Main duties of the job
The main responsibilities of the Business Change & Benefits Advisor will be drawn from all or some of the following (depending upon the project being worked on):
The Business Change & Benefits Advisor will be accountable to the Benefits Realisation Manager to support redesign to accommodate adoption of new technology. They will lead and advise on transformational change methodologies and frameworks to facilitate departmental transformational change.
To be actively involved in the setting of the operational, technical and strategic objectives of the digital Transformational Change Process.The post holder will also lead, manage and train agile digital teams to facilitate transformational change programmes within their specific projects, to include methodologies and frameworks.
