An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Diabetes Specialist Nurse to join the Diabetes Service at Prince Philip Hospital
Successful completion of TREND-UK competencies will be required and experience in diabetes nursing.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate knowledge of diabetes nursing , diabetes clinical assessment and delivering specific diabetes education programmes to patients and staff .
We are a friendly small diabetes team and supportive to development in the role and welcome new team members wishing to develop their career in diabetes specialist nursing.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
