AMAU is a hub of activity, we provide the key to safe effective patient treatment and flow. We manage medical patients and receive all medical emergencies via ambulance within the locality. Our aim is to provide seamless, high quality care for patients using our service.

Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for 3 permanent Sister/Charge Nurse on AMAU in Prince Phillip Hospital. The unit comprises of 3 resus beds, 19 Assessment beds, 2 surge beds and an ambulatory unit consisting of 6 spaces. The unit supports operational demand.

You will be expected to ensure a high standard of care is delivered for our patients and work closely with the Site, SDEC & MIU team within a positive and challenging environment.
You will need to demonstrate the ability to lead the team with a strong emphasis on keeping the patients at the centre of everything we do.
