We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to work on the Hywel Dda University Health Board Bank as a Health Care Support Worker.Please note that prior to commencing work you will get:
- Induction to Health Board
- Manual Handling
- 4 days mandatory Skills 2 Care prior to shadow shifts
- 2 day shadow shifts
- 2 days mandatory Skills to Care following shadow shifts to complete workbook

Main duties of the job
Successful candidates should have a flexible approach to work, have good communication skills, be a team worker and have the ability to work on their initiative.
Hours of working are flexible, subject to availability.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Hywel Dda University Health Board is the planner and provider of NHS healthcare services for people in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and its bordering counties. Our 11,000 members of staff provide primary, community, in-hospital, mental health and learning disabilities services for around 384,000 people across a quarter of the landmass of Wales.
