Post: Locum Consultant in Adult Psychiatry - Inpatient and CRHT

Salary: £100,381 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Consultant Psychiatrist to join the team at St Caradog ward and Pembrokeshire Crisis Team. Hywel Dda University Health Board is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Consultant to join colleagues in a very dynamic and forward looking acute mental health service.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will provide clinical expertise and strategic leadership as we look to develop our acute mental health services to meet the population needs of Hywel Dda UHB.

Numerous locations providing mental health and learning disabilities services;
Highly specialised and tertiary services commissioned by the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee, a joint committee representing seven health boards across Wales.

- Full GMC Registration and Licence to Practise
- MRCPsych or FRCPsych or other
- Valid Certified Advanced Life Support Skills
- Approved Clinical Status

- Knowledge of UK hospital systems (or equivalent)

- Meet the requirement of the GMC's "Good Medical Practice"
