Job summary
The post holder will be responsible for assisting, maintaining anddelivering an effective and efficient Patient Services servicethroughout the Hospital.
Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader in Patients Services in mid Powys. The position will be based in Waterloo Road in Llandrindod Wells and will involve managing a team of administration and reception staff based across the Knighton Hospital, Llandrindod Hospital, Glan Irfon and Waterloo Road sites. This will include managing staff attendances, annual leave and completing staff appraisals. Knowledge of Referral to Treatment rules and good computer skills would be beneficial.
