Are you passionate about digital health and looking to make a real difference in how Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) and Healthcare Scientists (HS) deliver care? We're looking for someone to join our team and help lead meaningful digital change that improves service quality, safety, and person-centred care across a range of clinical settings.
In this role, you'll help identify, develop, and evaluate digital solutions that make clinical work more efficient and effective. Working closely with AHP and HS teams, you'll help shape digital systems that meet their needs and support better outcomes for patients.
We're looking for someone who's proactive, organised, and confident working independently, while also supporting and guiding others through training and change. You'll be key to promoting innovation and embedding high standards of evidence-based digital practice.
If you're excited about digital transformation and want to help shape the future of healthcare, we'd love to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
In this role, you'll take the lead on identifying and implementing digital solutions that support Allied Health Professionals and Healthcare Scientists to deliver high-quality, efficient, and person-centred care. You'll work closely with clinical teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective digital tools and processes that improve safety, streamline workflows, and enhance service delivery. By engaging with frontline staff and wider stakeholders, you'll help shape systems that genuinely make a difference to both patients and professionals.
You'll also play a key role in supporting the wider adoption of digital practices, sharing your knowledge through training, coaching, and hands-on guidance. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll champion innovation and contribute to a culture that values evidence-based digital practice. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital transformation and keen to help shape the future of care across diverse clinical settings.
