Job summary
THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR 10 MONTHS DUE TO FUNDING
If you are an internal applicant this post will only be offered on a secondment basis and you will need to have gained your line managers approval for the secondment prior to going to interview.
We are looking for someone with a strong track record in delivering complex transformation, working across the system, from wellbeing through to specialised services, with clinicians, patients, and other partners.
We need someone who will ensure robust governance, with the ability to analyse highly complex data to drive improvement working with partners in England and Wales and with communication skills to influence and deliver change. Your values matter to us.
The health board has an agile working policy, including working from home.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
o Support the Executive Sponsor and Senior Responsible Owner to deliver PTHB clinical programme transformation, within a whole systemapproach, offering particular expertise in programme and projectmanagement.
