Job summary
An opportunity has arisen within the Estates, Capital and Property Department for an accomplishedCapital Project Manager. You will be responsible for management of delegated capital projects, as defined within the capital programme.You will develop and maintain good relationships and clear lines of communication with Estatecolleagues, Directors, Directorate Managers, Senior Managers and Head of Departments, togetherwith any appointed Consultants and/or Project Managers in connection with any project work. You willhave excellent communication, interpersonal and technical skills and have a positive approach withthe ability to work collaboratively.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be the Project Manager for specific projects and haveoverall responsibility for the integrity and coherence of Projects to which they are assigned.
Support the Head of Capital to deliver the relevant programme through theeffective management of key projects within that programme.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
