Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrative assistant to join the therapy (physiotherapy and occupational therapy) team at Newtown hospital to assist and facilitate the smooth running of the Therapy department.
Main duties of the job
Duties will include:Inputting patient records and activity data on the computer system, booking patient appointments and transport, dealing with patient and health professional queries, monitoring and ordering equipment. You will require excellent computer and communication skills.Interested candidates are encouraged to contact the department or make an informal visit to the department prior to interview.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
