Job summary
The post-holder will provide an excellent client-focused service, acting as the first point of contact for Mental Health services. Roles will include greeting clients when they attend Mental Health appointments, answering telephone calls and transferring clients to the appropriate teams, accepting deliveries of equipment and medications, managing the room booking system and post, alongside all other administration duties and tasks in the job description. They will provide an expert administration service to the Mental Health Service base and to specific projects as required, producing reports and performing data quality checks as required.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be guided by standard operating procedures, good practice, and established precedents. They will be expected to organise their own day to day work utilising a degree of initiative and judgement to deal with matters independently where they can. Effective communication and organisational skills are fundamental to this role.

Working hours will be 9am - 5pm Monday- Friday, as the role is a patient facing front of house role - working from home cannot be supported.
