This is a newly created Bereavement Clinical Lead post within the Quality and Safety Team.
If you are experienced in dealing with patients, families, carers and staff relating to bereavement, then this may be an opportunity for you.
You will be responsible for the efficient management of the bereavement service and have an autonomous role in shaping the service.
Interviews will take place on 5th and 6th February.
Main duties of the job
You will be expected to develop and maintain bereavement resources for patients, carers, bereaved families, and staff. Ensure expert, professional advice is in place within Powys Teaching Health Board (PTHB), for patients, families, carers to guarantee they have a high-quality bereavement service that meets their needs.
The ideal candidate should possess significant knowledge and experience in all aspects of bereavement care and ensure that the All Wales Bereavement Standards and Pathways are delivered within PTHB.
