Join Powys Teaching Health Board as Chief Executive
We are seeking a suitably qualified individual to join us as Chief Executive who will work positively and effectively with the Board Chair and members of the unitary board to shape culture, set strategic direction and scrutinise performance as we make progress towards de-escalation of the current targeted monitoring status. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of operational excellence and a passion for galvanising positive change.

Main duties of the job
TheChief Executive Officerwill be accountable for the successful delivery of a range of services across PTHB which underpin a Rural Health Care model, providing and fostering a leadership approach that develops a culture of transformational health and care. The post holder will be responsible and accountable for providing advice to the Board on all elements of PTHB business and specifically on matters relating to probity, regularity and administration.
As Chief Executive, you will be the Accountable Officer for the Teaching Health Board with full responsibility for the continued development and management of PTHB.
