Job summary
If you are a Powys Health Board employee this post will only be offered on a secondment basis and you will need to have gained your line managers approval for the secondment prior to going to interview.
This role will support the development and implementation of the Mental Health Transformation Programme in line with the Health Board's key strategic outcomes and the delivery of its Annual Plan. The role will support the service in driving transformation and value; in planning and delivering improved outcome, experience, and cost within whole system redesign.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will play a key role in supporting the development andimplementation of the Transformation Programme in line with the Health Board'skey strategic outcomes and the delivery of its Annual Plan.The role supports the service in driving transformation and value; in planningand delivering improved outcome, experience, and cost within whole systemredesign.The Service Transformation Manager will provide a range of activities andexpertise to support the Transformation Programme. This will include workingindependently and with colleagues, from both inside and outside of the HealthBoard, to design and develop Programme content and to ensure appropriategovernance for whole system pathway redesign.
