Job summary
Working as part of the Operations Room team, the postholder will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient administrative service to clients and staff of the posture and mobility service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role will involve liaising with clients and their carers, receiving and processing referrals, allocating wheelchairs/appliances to clients and inputting into the services' BEST Patient Administration System.

This role involves managing referrals and maintaining accurate records on the BEST patient administration system, ensuring compliance with service targets and prioritizing urgent cases. Responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing calls as the first point of contact, providing non-clinical advice, and communicating sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality.
