We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Biomedical Scientist Manager with experience of management in laboratory sciences to lead our Blood Sciences team in our laboratory at Ysbyty Gwynedd, Bangor.

Main duties of the job

Working as part of a 3 site directorate delivering 24/7 Blood Sciences Services you will lead service delivery, performance and development on our 'West' site whilst working closely with our East and West site managers, service leads, senior scientists and Quality & Governance team to continue our ongoing modernization and continuous service improvement.
