We are delighted that you wish to apply for one of our band 3 HCA vacancies within the metastatic nurse team at BCU which will be based within the The Alaw Unit
The metastatic nurse team is a new nurse led service which supports oncology patients with a metastatic diagnosis. The team consists of three Clinical specialist nurses with the support of band 3 HCSW's.
Offering advice and support to this client group, you will be integral to delivering holistic care to these patients.
As it is a relatively new service, you need to be adaptable to change.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide care and support to adults who have a metastatic diagnosis. He/she will be responsible for carrying out designated work, which will involve patient care. The post-holder will be expected to work under the supervision of trained staff.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
