Job summary

Clerical Assistant required to work 25 hours per week at Glan Clwyd Hospital, working hours 8am to 1 pm Monday to Friday. To be an effective member of the clerical team and to assist with the provision of a comprehensive clerical and office support service to the locality based Facilities team, supporting their day-to-day responsibilities to ensure that priorities are delivered accurately, timely and effectively.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Main duties of the job

To be an effective member of the clerical team and to assist with the provision of a comprehensive clerical and office support service to the locality based Facilities team, supporting their day-to-day responsibilities to ensure that priorities are delivered accurately, timely and effectively.
