Job summary
BCUHB are looking to recruit a Band 7 Continence Advisor to join our current Continence Team within in Conwy and Denbighshire (Central Area). We are committed to ensuring we meet the direct needs of our local Communities, maintaining individual's independence and improving their quality of life. The post supports the delivery of safe and effective services for patients with bladder and or bowel dysfunction. Focusing on assessment, management, and treatment to improve patient outcomes, requiring strong leadership to mentor staff and ensure high-quality care. The post is suitable for an experienced Community Staff Nurse or Acute Nurse with Urology / Colorectal care experience, wishing to develop their skills, knowledge and competencies in managing patients with Continence Care needs in a community setting. We would be looking for someone with excellent communication, leadership skills and someone who would enjoy the challenge of further developing our current services.
