Are you a dynamic and experienced healthcare manager ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a proactive and motivated Site Specialty Manager to join our team in Wrexham. This is a pivotal role supporting the operational management of designated specialties and leading administrative services to ensure high-quality patient care and performance delivery.

This is a developmental post offering rotational duties and opportunities for professional growth.

Main duties of the job

Under the leadership of the Lead Manager the post holder will play a key role in both the management of designated specialties and the operational day to day management of all administration processes. The post holder will support achievement of all Annual Operating Framework targets.

Deputise for Lead Manager as required and manage appropriate medical staffing issues on behalf of the Director within designated specialties.

This is a developmental post and may include rotational placement, duties and development opportunities.
