Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent part time Band 7 CHC Nurse Team Manager within the Continuing Healthcare Team for Older People Mental Health Team , whom is keen to maximize their management and skills within a complex Team.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Main duties of the job

Applications are invited from persons with an RMN Nursing Qualification with relevant experience to join a progressive team to provide a high quality service. The post will require you to work in Colwyn Bay.

The successful applicants will support the CHC Matron. As a key member of the team you should possess excellent Management, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), and be able to lead and motivate others. You should also be willing to work flexibly within a team.
