Job summary
  The purpose of this post is to provide clinical and managerial support in the development, implementation and co-ordination of high quality patient care within the Ophthalmology theatre departments.
The post holder will be responsible for the team, and as a proactive Team Leader - using effective communication skills -to be actively involved in changing care plans and goals according to evaluation and review.
Theatre experience essential.
  Main duties of the job
  Lead a Theatres team ensuring safe and effective care.
Responsible for staff development and effective use of resources. Day to day management of the unit.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
