Job summary
Looking to recruit an enthusiastic motivated person to provide admin support based at North Wales Police St Asaph Divisional HQ
Successful candidate to have good standard of education, excellent communication skills, able to work efficiently using own initiative and organised with own workload. Candidate must have excellent keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft Office/spreadsheets. Post holder expected to undertake variety of duties within role.
Good telephone manner essential. Will be required to demonstrate a professional and sensitive manner maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Main duties of the job
Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Professional members of the Criminal Justice Liaison Service. This will include processing of new referrals to the service, arranging clinics, forwarding of appointment letters, provide reception type duties including answering in-coming telephone calls to the Team, welcoming other professionals/ visitors at the department area. There will also be a need to take minutes of regular Mental Health Team and regional meetings along with data collection. More details can be obtained from the Job Description.
