Job summary
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health board is embarking on a long-term system wide approach to develop its Culture, Leadership and Engagement. To support this work and other key organisational development priorities, we are looking for someone with Organisational Development/Learning and Development experience who will support us in helping to build the capability of our workforce in alignment with our organisational values.
Main duties of the job
We need someone who is experienced, confident and has high level knowledge and expertise in leading on the management, design and development of a range of both formal and informal management and leadership programmes, together with other key learning and development priorities.
The postholder will have background experience in leadership/management and learning and development and will play a key part in embedding the Integrated Leadership Development Framework (ILDF) across the organisation as well as leading and contributing to other local and national workstreams including Coaching & Mentoring, developing and implementing a People Managers Forum, planning and managing a series of Leadership conferences and other workshops as required, with the overall aim of developing leaders and managers who demonstrate a compassionate and inclusive leadership approach in all that they do.
