Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced administrator who will provide a comprehensive, professional, effective secretarial and administrative support service to the Capital Development Team based in Glan Clwyd Hospital.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for compiling and maintaining databases, producing orders, coordinating tender documentation, manage the procurement & storage of stock/stationary; maintaining the diaries of the team members and will also be required to organise, prepare papers and take minutes for meetings.
The post holder will be responsible for planning and organising of their own workload; effectively managing time and workload in response to service requirements and timescales.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post
