Job summary
The Dermatology Department currently consists of 14 consultants supported by 2 specialist doctors, 3 Specialty Grade Doctors, and a team of Specialist Dermatology Nurses and Cancer Nurse Specialists. The department has a complement of specialist trainees consisting of 5 Specialist Registrars rotating across the hospital sites in North Wales. We also have a GP trainee and FY2 Doctor placed in dermatology for 6 month and 4 month rotations respectively
Main duties of the job
This post is a part time post for 12 months, which has arisen due to maternity leave. It is ideal for someone wishing to progress to dermatology specialist training.

The post-holder will be expected to participate in the Clinical Governance and mandatory training sessions that currently take place in the Dermatology Department. There will be encouragement and support to maintain CPD/CME activities.
