Radiology Appointments Coordinator

Job summary
Working in a highly pressurised environment to coordinate all the Radiology outpatient and In Patient clinical sessions, rescheduling of clinical sessions and reduction and increase in outpatient & In Patient clinical sessions. Responsible for setting up the clinical appointment slots working closely with Radiology IT and Clinical Leads on the time slots and clinic patterns. Responsible for working on departmental receptions desks as required.
Main duties of the job
An opportunity is available to join the patient booking team based in the Radiology Department at the Central. We are looking for a hard working individuals to join our busy team as Bank. The role is based in a busy appointments environment , and the successful applicant will be part of a team of experienced staff with responsibility for managing a waiting list and booking patients. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi task, cope with challenging situations, and to stay calm under pressure is essential.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
