Job summary
The Radiology Department in Alltwen Hospital is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to the role of Radiology Clinical Support Worker.
This role will involve a combination of administrative tasks as well as elements of direct patient care.
Successful applicants must have excellent caring attributes, be capable of working within a team and on their own and have good interpersonal skills and be able to show initiative.

Main duties of the job
To assist the radiographer, sonographer and other members of the radiology multi disciplinary team by carrying out non-radiographic duties which include the care, preparation and management of patients presenting for radiological procedures, preparation of equipment, ordering of equipment via the online procurement system, reception and clerical duties and the processing of images as required.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
