Job summary

The post holder will be required to operate efficiently and effectively, providing proactive administrative support with diary management, organisation of meetings, programmes and events for all training needs across the Nursing and Midwifery Services withspecific tasks such as inputting and maintaining the Oracle Learning Management System.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Main duties of the job

To be responsible for providing professional, efficient, accurate and prompt administrative and clerical support to the Practice Education Facilitator Team

The post holder will be required to operate efficiently and effectively, providing proactive administrative support with diary management, organisation of meetings, programmes and events for all training needs across the Nursing and Midwifery Services with specific tasks such as inputting and maintaining the Oracle Learning Management System.

The post holder will be a member of a team, where changing priorities, working flexibly and being a team player will be key.
