Job summary
To provide a high quality and evidence based health service and be responsible for the effective team development and management required to achieve this.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
- To advise, provide and direct staff in how to proceed in the management of complex cases.
- Deliver high quality, evidenced based clinical care.
- To provide specialist diagnostic or other assessments as appropriate
- To act as the main link with partner services.
- Form a supportive relationship with Service Users and their families.
- Offer direction, advice, support and consultation to other professionals and members of the clinical team.
- To carry out regular clinical supervision with staff within professional group as allocated to ensure safe practice.
