Job summary
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person who will provide administrative support within the Policy Process and Compliance Team.
The successful candidate will have a good standard of education or relevant experience, excellent communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative and be efficient and organised with their own workload. The candidate should also have excellent keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft Office Package (Outlook, Excel, Word). The post holder will be expected to undertake a variety of duties within the role. The successful applicant will be based in Abergele Hospital, with options for hybrid working.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
The role will be the first point of contact for the Policy Process and Compliance Team, the successful applicant will support the team with admin tasks including minute taking, data entry, preparation of minutes and agendas, administration of staff benefits, monitoring, responding and escalating of questions in shared inboxes, job evaluation administration, venue booking, uploading of documents on to the intranet as well as updating relevant pages.
Responsible for data security and quality through the development and implementation of data protocols. Facilitate matching panels to allow them to take place virtually using Microsoft teams. To maintain relevant documents to record the job matching panels and attendances. Communicates the JE processes to staff and managers and answers questions relating to the process. As well as dealing with sensitive information in a highly confidential manner.
