Job summary

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, talented and ambitious Personal Assistant to work for the Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Director

This is a critical Personal Assistant post and the post holder is a core member of the Divisional Director Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of a Personal Assistant role.

The post holder will be working closely with other members of the Team and must be able to manage a complex and demanding workload.

Excellent people management and organisational skills are essential including the ability to build strong multi-disciplinary working relationships with senior clinical and management colleagues. You will be a team player and be able to work on your own initiative.

Main duties of the job

The role requires excellent secretarial, administration and communication skills, diary management, email management, use of all Microsoft Office packages, the ability to assess situations, prioritise incoming information, address issues directly and escalate issues as appropriate.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
