Job summary
The West Area Team are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the North Meirionnydd Team, to provide a high quality administrative service for the team.
The post holder would support the District NursingTeam in the day to day running of the department and delivering an accurate, confidential and supportive administration assistance for all service users.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role entail:
- Providing secretarial support to the team, including filing, and photocopying and managing internal and external mail.
- Deal with queries and correspondence as required from various agencies.
- Undertake audits.
- Support team with Civica system.
- Support with General Typing.
- Support the team with data entry, ordering of consumables, reporting and training.
