Job summary
The position holder will be responsible for caring for children with complex health care needs in the community setting either at home or school. This is an extremely rewarding area of practice; caring for children with life limiting/ life threatening conditions. The post holder will provide hands on nursing care to these children following training and assessment of competence in various nursing skills.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be required to be caring, compassionate, dedicated and flexible in approach. An ability to work well on own initiative and within a small team. The post holder will be required to work shifts including unsociable hours, weekends and nights.
The ability to speak Welsh is ESSENTIAL for this post.
