Job summary

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated person who will provide clerical administrative support in Community Child Health. The posts will be based across West Wales subject to candidate's preference.

To provide clerical support to the Child Health Department within the school health department.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, good communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative and be efficient and organised with their own workload. The candidate should also have keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft Office Package.

A good telephone manner and communication skills are essential. The post holder will be required to demonstrate a professional and sensitive manner and maintain confidentiality at all times.
