It is an exciting time to work in a digital environment especially here at BCUHB as we are implementing a new Business Management Relationship approach.
As a Business Relationship Manager, you will be the single point for engagement for all new projects and major pieces of work across BCU so we are looking for someone who is excellent at developing and maintaining strong trusting relationships whilst being able to balance a significant workload across a large geographical area.
You will need to be able to understand the strategic direction of BCUHB and work collaboratively to translate this to delivery at the same time as managing the demand for our services
Main duties of the job
Your key responsibilities include planning, supporting, and monitoring change implementations, providing expert guidance to the business and ICT staff.
You will also promote and support digital change initiatives aligned with corporate priorities, identify new technology opportunities, and contribute to the development of the DDaT Digital Strategy.
You will be joining a friendly, strong and professional Digital Delivery and Strategy Team with excellent training and development opportunities.
