Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Wrexham Maelor Hospital for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to lead our neonatal unit.

Main duties of the job

You must be motivated, enthusiastic and able to work with maturity in pressurised situations.

You will be expected to:

  • provide professional nursing leadership to the team, role modelling NHS Wales values at all times
  • enhance nursing practice and strategy
  • provide assurance that high quality care is delivered to patients
  • ensure that Health Board requirements for monitoring and compliance are met
  • work professionally across a multidisciplinary team and across North Wales teams

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
