Job summary

An exciting opportunity to provide administration support and to join the North Wales CAMH School In-Reach Service. You will support the administrative process for a team of mental health practitioners working with teaching and non-teaching staff in schools across Denbighshire and Conwy.

The CAMHS School In-Reach Service is funded by Welsh Government to cover North Wales. We are recruiting administrators permanently to contribute to delivering this service in the areas detailed above. Base and office working arrangements are yet to be confirmed, there will be an expectation of rota working to ensure service requirements in West, East and Central areas. The post holder will be required to operate efficiently and effectively, providing proactive administrative support to Educational Mental Health Practitioners and smoothly coordinate day-to-day secretarial arrangements for the team.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Main duties of the job

To be responsible for providing professional, efficient, accurate and prompt administrative support to the North Wales CAMH School In Reach Service administration and clinical team.

The post holder will be a member of a very busy team, where changing priorities, working flexibly and being a team player will be key.
